As an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Engineer, you will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS systems to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment. You will play a key role in driving a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting plant operations through proactive risk management and training initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure compliance with all environmental, health and safety legislation and internal standards.
  • Maintain and develop the implementation of EHS management systems / audits
  • Promoting EHS culture across the plant with a primary focus on compliance, hazard awareness, incident prevention, risk management and knowledge sharing Conduct and review safety audits and hazard assessments
  • Developing a training plan & coordinating internal & external trainings according with a training matrix & gap assessment for identifying training needs for the plant team
  • Participate in incidents investigation, root cause analysis, and determining corrective actions to prevent incident recurrence
  • Developing a training plan & coordinating internal & external trainings according with a training matrix & gap assessment for identifying training needs for the team Insuring reliable operations with a focus on design for reliability
  • Prepare required Corporate EHS reports and KPIs.
  • Follow the progress of EHS plant priorities in coordination with the priorities leaders. provide full job dec. based on the above tasks


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
  • Proven experience in EHS within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of local EHS regulations and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of EHS management systems, audits, and risk assessment methodologies
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence safety behaviors.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Certifications in EHS (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001/14001, OSHA)
  • Experience in incident investigation methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis tools)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in EHS KPIs and reporting
  • Experience in delivering training programs and driving culture change initiatives.
