安全管理与合规监督。执行公司EHS政策、标准和程序要求，主导高能量的管理与改善计划，开展日常安全巡检、安全审核及专项检查，识别作业现场危险源和安全风险，并跟踪整改闭环，监督承包商、访客及员工遵守安全规定，推动LOTO、动火作业、高处作业、受限空间等高风险作业管理。
安全培训与安全文化建设。组织实施新员工安全培训及年度安全培训，协调开展班组安全活动和安全分享。支持安全意识提升活动和安全文化建设项目。跟踪员工培训记录并确保符合公司及法规要求。
事故调查与风险管理，参与事故、未遂事件及危险情况调查。熟练运用红蓝黑线模拟以及事故调查的流程，运用根本原因分析工具（RCCA、5 Why等）开展调查分析。跟踪纠正和预防措施的落实情况。汇总分析事故及隐患数据，推动持续改善。
EHS体系维护与数据管理，维护EHS相关程序文件和管理记录。编制和更新风险评估文件。负责安全绩效数据统计和报告。配合内部及外部EHS审核工作。
持续改进与项目支持，推动安全改善项目落地实施。参与新设备、新工艺和生产线变更的风险评估。支持工厂实现年度EHS目标和关键绩效指标（KPI）。
大专及以上学历。安全工程、环境工程、机械制造、工业工程等相关专业优先。
2年以上制造业EHS或安全管理经验，有装配制造行业经验者优先。
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，具备良好的沟通协调、问题解决能力。持有注册安全工程师证书及具备英语读写能力者优先。
