Primary Responsibilities

Field Safety & Compliance (Core Focus)

  • Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to safety and health requirements
  • Enforce proper use of PPE and safety controls
  • Provide basic guidance to operators on safety practices and signage

Inspections & Monitoring

  • Conduct routine inspections including ladders, fall protection equipment, forklifts, and fire extinguishers
  • Maintain inspection records and report findings

Waste Management

  • Support handling and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in compliance with Mexican regulations

Emergency Response

  • Act as an active member of Emergency Response Brigades
  • Support emergency preparedness and response activities

Permits & Administrative Support

  • Assist with verification of routine work permits (e.g., Work at Heights, Hot Work)
  • Provide general administrative support for EHS processes and documentation

Training & Development

  • Participate in technical training to build knowledge of company EHS standards
  • Support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives

Minimum Requirements

  • Certification in Emergency Brigade training
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and continuous improvement practices
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of safety practices and regulations


Preferred Requirements

  • Intermediate English proficiency
