职位描述
1.负责公司集团及下属各子公司EHS体系的建立及维护：EHS相关系统台账建立及维护；EHS安全管控体系建立及维护；各质量体系认证支持；EHS风险识别及管控体系建立及维护；EHS培训体系建立及维护；EHS应急响应体系建立及维护； 2.负责公司集团及下属各子公司日常运行风险管控：日常现场安全巡检；EHS委员会日常管理及定期检查；日常排放及危废管控；日常EHS finding追踪及关闭；EHS日常培训及宣传；应急响应； 3.负责公司集团及下属各子公司设施系统EHS管控：现有各强检系统数据收集整理；各设施系统EHS信息完善；现有设施系统EHS分析优化；新增设备安全风险评估；设备/工艺/流程变更EHS风险管理； 4.负责公司集团及下属各子公司施工项目管理：环评、安评、职评、能评等各种政府评价管理及支持；EHS相关许可证追踪及管控；新改扩建项目支持；确保项目执行的EHS合规性； 5.负责公司集团及下属各子公司供应商管理：供应商审核；供应商培训；供应商施工管控；供应商定期绩效评分； 6.负责公司集团及下属各子公司节能环保的推行：节能环保KPI制定及跟踪落实；节能改造项目支持；环保相关系统监督与管控；相关政府部门沟通协调； 7.上级交办的其他工作。
职位要求
1.全日制本科学历，英语水平较好； 2.从事EHS工作年限5年以上，其中，研发及生产车间EHS管理年限不少于3年； 3.熟悉汽车行业及新能源行业研发及生产环境与体系候选者优先考虑； 4.持有EHS行业人员相关作业证候选者优先考虑； 5.可以独立完成日常报告、邮件沟通及日常交流； 6.熟练使用日常各办公软件，可接受出差； 7.具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力，组织能力，分析能力和执行力。
