Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Deployment Specialist to support Kadiak and our government customer. The position is remote.

The Deployment Specialist serves as an operational deployment and go-live support specialist within a federal Electronic Health Record (EHR) modernization Program Management Office (PMO) Implementation & Deployment (I&D) Task supporting enterprise EHR modernization activities within a complex federal healthcare environment.
This role supports site readiness, go-live coordination, incident command operations, and post-deployment stabilization activities across federal healthcare sites and deployment cohorts. The position requires onsite presence during go-live events to support command center operations, real-time issue tracking, and operational continuity at deployment locations.
The Deployment Specialist works under the direction of senior PMO I&D leadership and collaborates with federal stakeholders, implementation partners, site leadership, clinical teams, technical staff, and supporting deployment personnel to ensure successful go-live execution and operational stabilization across assigned deployment sites.
This is a full-time remote position with approximately 25% travel required to support onsite go-live events, site readiness activities, and deployment operations across federal healthcare facilities and geographic regions.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on EHR deployment experience, strong operational coordination skills, and demonstrated ability to support go-live and incident command activities within federal healthcare or similarly complex enterprise healthcare environments.
