The EH Parts Order Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient processing, tracking, and fulfillment of parts orders sourced from Houston for customers across the Eastern Hemisphere (EH) region, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia.
The role serves as the central coordination point between customers/ intercompany EH Parts Sales, Houston Operations, Magnolia Warehouse, Logistics, and other internal stakeholders to ensure orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and communicated effectively throughout the order lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
Parts Order Processing
Review customer purchase orders and create sales orders in the ERP system.
Verify pricing, availability, delivery requirements, and order accuracy.
Ensure timely processing of customer orders and expedite urgent requirements.
Maintain order integrity from order receipt through final delivery.
Order Fulfillment Management
Monitor all open orders and proactively drive completion.
Coordinate directly with Houston Parts Sales and Magnolia Warehouse to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipment.
Follow up on stock availability, backorders, shipment schedules, and delivery commitments.
Escalate issues impacting customer deliveries and revenue recognition.
Reporting & Business Support
Prepare and maintain open order reports and backlog summaries.
Monitor aging orders and identify opportunities to improve cycle times.
Support monthly sales forecasting and revenue tracking activities.
Assist management with reporting on order performance and operational challenges.

Qualifications
Experience
3+ years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, or logistics coordination.
Previous experience working with ERP systems and sales order processing.
Technical Skills
ERP system experience (Visual, D365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
Understanding of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
Knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations is an advantage.
