We are seeking a detail‑oriented Filler Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain filler equipment and associated systems to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly while upholding strict safety and quality standards.
Operate filler(s) and associated equipment in line with company standards
Perform start‑ups, shut‑downs, and tear‑downs of equipment
Set up and operate coding equipment
Work safely with chemicals and chemical pumps
CIP (clean‑in‑place), sanitize, and sterilize filler(s) and equipment
Recognize and troubleshoot non‑standard operations
Conduct preventative maintenance on filler(s) and associated equipment
Identify and resolve issues in packaging or sanitation processes
Accurately complete all required recordkeeping and documentation
Operate forklifts (certification required or provided)
Safely lift up to 55 lbs. as part of daily tasks
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SQF procedures
Perform other duties as assigned, always in a safe and efficient manner
Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing or food/beverage production preferred
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. regularly
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality standards
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to follow safety protocols and GMP/SQF procedures
Reliable team player with good communication skills
