As a Technology Graduate Engineer, you will collaborate with global teams to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that drive business transformation, operational excellence, and AI-powered innovation across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & RPA Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Blue Prism RPA Platform
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Build reusable automation components, workflows, and frameworks.
• Support automation deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
• Participate in automation governance and best practice implementation.

Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI

• Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
• Build intelligent assistants, chatbots, copilots, and workflow automation solutions.
• Work with prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, and retrieval systems.
• Evaluate AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, scalability, and business value.
• Stay current with emerging advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.

Software Engineering

• Develop applications and automation integrations using Python, C#, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers in designing scalable solutions.
• Participate in Agile development practices, code reviews, testing, and DevOps activities.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and quality standards.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:

• Computer Science Engineering
• Information Technology

Required Technical Skills:

Programming

Strong knowledge in at least one of:
