
We are looking for a young talent to join our EFG Graduate Programme – Corporate Functions path in Lugano, with a focus on Human Resources
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and valuable insight into the key areas that support and drive the success of EFG.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team, participate in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management initiatives, and contribute to projects that shape EFG’s people strategy. This experience will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how Human Resources enables EFG to deliver outstanding service and maintain its leadership in private banking.
