Our branch is seeking an engaged, highly organized, and collaborative team member with strong communication skills to lead programs that leverage technology to continuously improve Alberta’s Employment Standards Program and related services.
This role applies advanced technical expertise to support effective practices across the branch. The successful candidate will use applications and platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint Online, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and SQL Reporting Services to design, enhance, and support technology-enabled business solutions, including experience developing M365 applications, creating low-code automations, and accessing and manipulating statistical databases using SQL.
Our team of Effective Practices Specialists hold varied portfolios, with this position focused on business analysis, technology solutions, and continuous improvement.

This is a permanent full-time position working 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Working location will be at either 9925 109th Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta, or 717 7th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta.
