Job Type: Full Time

The EEG Tech performs standard and complex electroencephalographic recordings under minimum direction. This position is responsible for obtaining standard, cerebral silence, STAT and outpatient EEG recordings the position is also responsible for monitoring additional physiological phenomena by means of appropriate techniques.

• Demonstrates the ability to adapt to varied age-specific patient populations.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum: High School or Equivalent
• Preferred: Associates degree in physical or biological science.

EXPERIENCE:

• Prefer One (1) year previous hospital experience.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:

• BLS certification required
• REEGT preferred
