【職務概要】
作為硬體研發工程師，您將負責 Server、x86 Motherboard 及 ODM 專案等產品之硬體研發與設計工作，涵蓋產品評估、硬體架構規劃、電路設計、Layout 佈局與走線檢查、電子電路訊號量測、硬體除錯、BOM 建立與維護，以及專案技轉量產與品質分析等工作。
此職務將參與 Intel／AMD Server、x86 Motherboard 及相關 ODM 專案產品開發，需與內部研發團隊、硬體部門及客戶端共同合作，推動產品開發、問題解決與量產導入。
【主要工作內容】
1. 負責電子電路研發、新產品硬體設計、硬體除錯及良率改善等相關工作。
2. 進行硬體線路設計、工程樣品製作與測試驗證。
3. 參與新產品研發，並針對既有產品進行改善與優化。
4. 與客戶或公司內部硬體相關團隊共同研發產品，並協助分析及解決技術問題。
5. 負責舊專案維護與改良，包含 BOM 變更、零件料號申請與資料維護。
6. 協助專案技轉量產，並支援產品品質分析與問題改善。
【必要條件】
1. 具 3 年以上 Server／PC／Notebook 相關產業 x86 硬體研發經驗。
2. 大學或碩士以上電機、電子工程或相關科系。
3. 熟悉 OrCAD、Allegro 等 EDA 軟體，並能操作 Microsoft Office、示波器、電表等相關儀器。
4. 具備電子零件及電子線路解析能力，能進行訊號量測、問題分析與硬體除錯。
5. 細心、思考靈活、積極主動，具備良好溝通能力、團隊合作精神及高度學習意願。
