As a member of our Wealth Management sales team, the Edward Jones Associate will support Natixis Investment Managers' relationship with the Edward Jones broker-dealer community. This associate will partner with Edward Jones Consultants, field sales professionals, and other internal teams to provide client service, support advisor engagement, and promote Natixis investment solutions.

This position is based in our Boston, MA office. After completing the initial training period, team members are expected to work on-site four days per week. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of building relationships, developing expertise, and supporting the team's success.

What you will do

• Provide proactive sales support and client service to Edward Jones financial advisors through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Develop an expertise of Edward Jones' structure, mission, culture, compliance requirements, and branch standards.
• Support internal Edward Jones consultants by coordinating timely follow up with Edward Jones clients and regional sales team members, manage opportunity pipelines, maintain event calendars and event reporting.
• Document relevant advisor interactions, opportunities, and follow-up activities in the client relationship management system.
• Use available data and sales technology to identify advisor needs and coordinate targeted sales and service campaigns with Edward Jones Consultants and regional sales teams
• Utilize proposal tools to create illustrations and deliver guidance on direct indexing and portfolio transition ideas.
• Execute on marketing activation campaigns and Edward Jones home office initiatives
• Occasionally run virtual meetings with Edward Jones advisors and/or deliver presentations on Natixis’ solutions including direct indexing, SMAs, custom solutions, ETFs

What you will bring:

• A minimum of 2+ years related sales experience
• Deep understanding of mutual funds, SMAs, UMA, ETFs and Direct Indexing
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63 or equivalent required
• Professional and confident phone, email, and virtual-meeting presence
• Strong virtual and in-person presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Seismic, YCharts, Morningstar Direct or similar sales technology preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in articulating ideas and solutions
• Familiarity with Edward Jones' culture or business structure is helpful but not required
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wage transparency act, the expected annual base salary for this Boston, MA, based position is $102,000 - $138,000. Actual annual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, and other job-related factors. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and other Natixis sponsored benefit programs.
