Our opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Certificate III Qualified Educators to join our Childcare Centre on Old Cleveland Road in Camp Hill. This is a unique opportunity to have a genuine opportunity to play a critical role at Brisbane's newest and highest quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement educational programs that support children’s individual needs.
  • Build meaningful relationships with families and children, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all.
  • Assist with open and close procedures as required.
  • Assist with the continuous improvement of the rooms and centre.
  • Engage with Centre Management with activities and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Early Childhood Care.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to nurturing a love of learning in children.
