This is a dynamic floater role, giving you the opportunity to work across all rooms, build diverse skills, and make an impact wherever you’re needed most.
What you’ll be doing in this role
As a Certificate III Qualified Educator (completed qualification required), you will:
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with children, families and the community
• Support and facilitate engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Contribute to children’s development through observations and learning documentation
• Work collaboratively across rooms to support ratios and team needs

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a confident and passionate educator who is ready to step in and make a difference across all age groups.
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (must be completed – not currently studying)
• Experience working with children in an early learning setting (preferred)
• Confidence supporting programming, observations and learning documentation
• Strong communication skills with families and team members
• Adaptable, proactive and team-focused mindset
You’ll bring energy, initiative and a genuine passion for early childhood education, while living Uniting’s values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative and bold.
