Tall Tree Early Learning Landsdale is housed in the former Landsdale mansion, transformed into a stunning early learning environment. We embrace each child’s uniqueness and provide a home away from home, where children are supported to grow into strong, resilient, and self-assured individuals. Your Role:
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:
• Plan and deliver play-based, nature-inspired learning experiences that nurture curiosity, creativity, and resilience
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through intentional teaching practices
• Contribute ideas, creativity, and expertise to continually enhance our programs and environments
• Collaborate with your team to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and growth
What We’re Looking For:
• Cert III-qualified, Working Towards Diploma, or Diploma-qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Passionate about nature-based and play-based learning
• Committed to teamwork, collaboration, and building positive relationships
• Dedicated to fostering inclusive, safe, and respectful learning environments
• Holder of current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and a valid Working with Children Check
