Educational Leader (ECT Qualified) – Futuro Early Learning

We’re seeking an Educational Leader to guide practice across the centre and strengthen consistent, high-quality teaching and learning. This role works closely with our Educational Leadership team to mentor educators, lift quality, and ensure every decision reflects child safety and wellbeing as our highest priority.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and strengthen practice across Quality Area 1, supporting high-quality programming, planning, and documentation.
- Coach and mentor educators through reflective practice, role modelling, and collaborative professional conversations.
- Embed a safe, inclusive, and responsive environment for every child—supporting strong supervision, effective routines, and respectful relationships.
- Champion a learning culture inspired by Reggio Emilia, where play-based learning and children’s voices are central.
- Work in a distributed leadership model—partnering with room leaders and other Educational Leaders to drive consistency and improvement.
- Support child-safe practices by reinforcing clear expectations, identifying risks early, and escalating concerns appropriately.
About You
- ECT qualification (or equivalent).
- Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, and Food Handling Certificate.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in an early learning environment.
- A strong commitment to high-quality education and care, and a genuine belief that child safety is everyone’s responsibility.
- You value growth—through professional learning, feedback, and reflective practice—and you contribute positively to team culture.
