
The Norwood City School District has several part time Educational Aide openings at our elementary schools. These entry level positions work 5 hours a day / 5 days a week. Our Educational Aide positions can be flexible on the start/ending times, makeing them great for college students, retired people and parents who need to drop off and pick up their kids from school each day. Starting pay is $15.95 an hour, working during the school year (9 month position) with payment stretched year-round. Benefits include 3 personal leave days per school year, sick leave of 1.25 days accrued per month, an attendance incentive of $250.00 per quarter (with an extra $500 on top of that to reward perfect attendance all year) and 9 paid holidays during the school year.
