As an Educational Aide, you’ll be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities would include supervising and coordinating daily classroom activities and providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow. In short, our Early Childhood Teacher will foster healthy child development through interactive education, structured schedules, and positive parent-teacher communication.

Someone who:

• Has a positive and reliable work ethic.
• Holds at least six months of experience working with children.
• Can create a nurturing and structured environment for learning and growth.
• Communicates effectively with children, parents, and team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Experienced in child development, classroom management, or early childhood education.
• Skilled in fostering independence and self-help behaviors in children.
• Knowledgeable (or willing to learn) about developmental stages and quality childcare standards.

Bonus Points

• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Experience working in childcare environments.
• Familiarity with universal precautions and safety protocols.
