
Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a part-time (20 hours/week exempt) Education & Training Specialist to join our team in Eastern Wisconsin. This position works in a collaborative manner with Presbyterian Homes & Services Management and Services Clinical and Employee Experience team in the development and facilitation of education curriculum, standard on-boarding/orientation facilitation, competency development and monitoring and continued education activities of PHS employees.
REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Education & Training Specialist- E. WI reports to the E. WI Regional Director of Operations with programmatic accountability to the Director of Clinical Education and Memory Care Services Director for DOVE initiatives.
The Education & Training Specialist is responsible for training, education and in-service programming that will engage employees to meet PHS and personal goals.

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $74,194 - $92,747 per year. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
