Job Description

Pay: $16 per hour

Work schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for clerical tasks, systems and procedures within the facility in compliance with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) and Texas Civil Commitment Office (TCCO) directives.

Essential Functions:

  1. Perform varied clerical duties for the education and treatment programs department including data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
  2. Maintain records and files in hard copy and electronic form; maintain confidentiality of all records and correspondence.
  3. Assist programs staff in obtaining, preparing and/or copying material.
  4. Maintain files on department/records, client records, forms and correspondence sent, received and/or requiring further action.

Education and Experience Requitements:

  • Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED.
  • One year full-time, wage-earning clerical or office support experience to include computer operations required.
  • Computer proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software programs preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
