
AGA is seeking a motivated and caring Education Support Trainee to commence in January 2027. This position will be employed by AGA under a Group Training Organisation arrangement and hosted at Swifts Creek P-12 School in Swifts Creek, Victoria.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gain hands-on experience in a supportive school environment, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification in education support.
About the role:
As an Education Support Trainee, you will work alongside experienced teachers and school staff to help students learn, participate, and thrive. You will gain practical skills while supporting classroom activities, student wellbeing, learning routines, and inclusive participation across the school.
