As an Education Support Officer within Macquarie Business School, you will be a trusted point of contact for academic staff, helping to bring courses to life across their full lifecycle.
Working as part of a welcoming Educational Services team, you will provide integrated advice and coordination that keeps course delivery running smoothly, from annual planning and assessment preparation through to result ratification and student enquiries. Your work will help create a seamless and rewarding experience for both staff and students.

Reporting to the Course/Education Support Team Leader within Macquarie Business School, you will provide operational and administrative support that enhances the quality of course delivery and the student experience. Depending on the Business School’s needs, you may support a single course, a collection of courses, or a department.
