Position Summary
Are you passionate about working with students, faculty, staff, preceptors , and clinical sites to advance healthcare education in New Mexico? The Physician Assistant (PA) Program in the Department of Family and Community Medicine is seeking a collaborative, detailed-oriented Educational Specialist for the clinical portion of the PA Program. This position will work closely with PA Program students, faculty, and staff to support the last 9 months of the clinical portion of the curriculum, as well as provide logistical support and planning for clinical hands-on activities throughout the program. Primary duties will include clinical curriculum logistics, student and faculty support, clinical compliance onboarding, preceptor and clinical site recruitment, logistical planning, and helping facilitate hands-on clinical educational sessions and other functions to support the PA Program’s mission of educating PA students to become exemplary providers with a focus on primary care medicine for the underserved and rural populations of New Mexico.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
