As an Education Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering educational content that empowers our clients and Pigeons to maximize the potential of our AI-first Customer Engagement Platform. You'll be engaging learners through innovative methods and ensuring that they have a great experience while acquiring knowledge.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute engaging training programs and workshops tailored for diverse audiences.
• Create comprehensive learning materials and resources that enhance understanding and application of our platform.
• Deliver both virtual and in-person training sessions that leave a lasting impact.
• Assess and evaluate training effectiveness, seeking continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align educational efforts with business objectives.

💼 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• 1-3 years of experience as an educator, instructional designer, or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning tools.
• A degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in customer engagement or marketing platforms is a plus.
