
We are looking for a strategic, experienced, and collaborative Project Manager with a strong track record of managing complex humanitarian or development programmes in challenging and volatile environments.
The ideal candidate combines strong project, financial management and managerial skills. Its an added advantage to have technical expertise and background in education programming.
If you are an experienced Project Manager with experience in either protection, child safeguarding, psychosocial support, or any other programming for vulnerable and displacement-affected children and youth, we invite you to apply for this position.
To excel in this position you should be able to lead, mentor and build team and partner capacities while maintaining strong relationships with donors, government counterparts, clusters, and other stakeholders.
A strong understanding of the West Bank operating context and the challenges affecting access to education is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgement, adaptability, strategic thinking, and a commitment to quality, accountability, inclusion, and protection.

The Education Project Manager will lead the implementation and quality delivery of NRC’s Education portfolio across the West Bank. The role will oversee projects throughout the full project cycle—from design and planning to implementation, monitoring, reporting, and learning—ensuring alignment with NRC’s strategy, donor commitments, and quality standards.
The position will provide strategic and technical leadership to Education programming, support field teams and partners, manage budgets and resources, and contribute to coordination, advocacy, emergency preparedness, and integrated programming across sectors.

We specialise in six areas: food security, education, shelter, legal assistance, protection from violence, and water, sanitation and hygiene.
