Job Description

Schedule: M-F (8:00am-4:30pm)

Fully on-site during the probation period until cleared to work hybrid (1 remote day per week)

Coordinates operations for over 100 centrally scheduled rooms and provides other education functions such as development and communication of training and training materials, system set up, design, and upgrades, and daily scheduling. Coordinates select projects, fiscal oversight for assigned education activities, and room rental as assigned.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of simple to complex room scheduling system updates and needs. Monitors customer needs and recommends system upgrades or advances.
  • Develops training materials and conducts trainings for customers including development of a yearly training and communication plan.
  • Provides daily monitoring and accuracy of scheduling site data as it impacts services across campus.
  • Uses anticipatory guidance to communicate with customers to ensure needs are consistently met and achieve system-wide excellence.
  • Produces reports to track utilization as part of ongoing business process improvement and operations initiatives.
  • Trains customers on coordinating with EVS, Catering and other services to ensure facilities are conducive to quality education and meet users needs.
  • Manges the virtual EMS system.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in education, technology, training, or related field, required.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS office and virtual platforms such as Webex or Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects. Focus and attention to detail.
  • Strong data analysis and analytic thinking.
  • Ability to build relationships with leaders at all levels as part of program and conference management.
  • Technical knowledge to run reports, build queries, and perform data entry.

Experience:

  • Three years of training and project management experience using data and technology, required.
  • Database and conferencing software experience, preferred.
