About the Role:Join The Learning Experience #475 in Madison, AL as our Education Director, where you will lead a passionate team dedicated to nurturing young minds. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing our educational programs and ensuring a vibrant, engaging learning environment for children.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative educational programs that align with our mission and values.
• Oversee curriculum development, ensuring it meets state standards and fosters holistic child development.
• Lead, mentor, and support teaching staff to enhance their professional growth and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular assessments of educational practices and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with families and the community to promote educational initiatives and build strong partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and maintain a safe, healthy learning environment.
• Organize and facilitate training workshops and professional development for staff.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Conduct regular classroom and facility checks
• Support emergency preparedness procedures
• Assist with tours and new family orientation
• Support marketing initiatives and community outreach
• Help achieve enrollment goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best teaching practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with staff and families.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team.
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Passion for early childhood education and commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
