The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for our next Education Course Advisor superstar to join our growing team. The role is responsible for providing clear and supportive career and course related information to prospective students. This is a consultative sales role with a purpose, and you will work exclusively with warm leads - people who have already expressed interest and are actively exploring their next step. There’s no cold calling or hard selling, just genuine, meaningful conversations that help people move forward with confidence.

About you
This role is perfect for you if you’ve worked in retail, call centres, fitness, travel, or any fast-paced sales/customer service environment and love hitting targets.
You don’t need an education background—but you do need sales drive.

Base salary of $67,000 + superannuation
With increases as you gain competence and confidence in the role.
Uncapped commissions
$10,000 - $12,000 pa on target commission, but this uncapped! Commission earnings are directly tied to your individual sales results. Our top performers earn approximately $100,000 + Super
