Job Description
The Education Coordinator provides oversight of administrative functions in the Education department, provides administrative support to the Education team, and assists the division to maintain accreditation.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Education Director(s) and Education Managers by coordinating meetings, ordering supplies, creating/providing reports on request, tracking donations, preparing instructor evaluation reports, and event planning (semi-annual and annual banquets)
- Provide administrative support to instructors, students, and OEMs (where applicable), manage logistics such as requisitioning supplies, course materials, student apparel, staff uniforms, and ensuring accurate attendance records
- Assist in maintaining accreditation, prepare instructor licensing paperwork and provide program information
- Ensure operations by following the compliance related responsibilities for this position in the supplemental document
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum three (3) years professional experience (required)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)

Work Environment
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
- Onsite; Work environments may include exposure to student learning environments with a variety of conditions. Employees must be able to follow all safety precautions including the use of personal-protective equipment. Employees must also be able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures.
