This is a 24-hour per week part-time role, with flexible working arrangements available across Monday to Friday.
Hours can be worked over three full days (e.g. 8 hours per day) or spread across five shorter days, depending on preference and agreement.
The salary is up to £20,000 per annum (based on 24 hours per week).

The Education and Community Engagement Officer plays a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with local stakeholders, community groups, schools, subcontractors and residents as part of the Materials Resource Management (MRM) contract. The role focuses on proactive community engagement, education, transparency, and promoting awareness of waste management, recycling, and sustainability initiatives. A key element of the position is delivering engaging site visits and community outreach activities, including school tours and open days, ensuring they are safe, informative, and impactful.
