Here, your work moves people forward, and your growth is personal. Join us, and let’s build what’s next together.

In this position.

As a Supplier Cost Auditor, you will play a critical role in optimizing engineering investments and driving financial excellence across product development programs. You will partner closely with engineering, purchasing, finance, and external suppliers to audit Engineering, Design & Testing (ED&T) expenditures, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and industry-leading cost efficiency. In this role, your insights and collaborative problem-solving will directly contribute to delivering high-quality, cost-effective vehicles to market.

What you'll do.

Conduct comprehensive audits of supplier invoices and cost submissions for Engineering, Design & Testing (ED&T) and engineering change authorizations to ensure accuracy and contractual compliance.
Partner cross-functionally with Purchasing, Product Development, and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and manage critical cost dependencies.
Collaborate directly with external suppliers to foster strong working relationships, improve audit readiness, and enhance compliance with billing standards.
Analyze audit metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and throughput data to identify cost-saving trends and continuous process improvement opportunities.
Develop and deliver clear audit findings, executive report-outs, and data-backed recommendations for senior leadership and governance reviews.
Benchmark industry best practices and leverage modern auditing tools and methodologies to continuously elevate cost-management standards.

You'll have...
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent practical experience.
Typically 3 to 5 years of experience in cost auditing, supplier cost management, technical procurement, or product development finance.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas) and familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or financial auditing systems.
Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex cost data into actionable business recommendations.
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
Even better, you may have...
Relevant background or previous experience within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Technical acumen in automotive engineering, product design, testing structures, or manufacturing cost breakdown.
Professional certifications related to internal audit, financial analysis, or project management (e.g., CIA, CPA, CMA, PMP).
