The role provides support to the MSC Geneva HQ PR&IC team through content editing, production and publishing across MSC’s global platforms, internal communications mailings managed through Campaign Monitor; and KPI analysis and reporting to assess content and platform performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport media monitoring activities Publish global articles and local articles when requiredEdit and publish short internal storiesPublish Customer Advisories and other operational updates on MSC corporate channelsCreate simple quiz or questionnaires using FormsUpload videos on Stream and fill in the various field (i.e., title, description…)Help source visuals using video libraries and image/video stocksKeep the editorial calendar up to date Edit and publish on global pages when requiredPrepare the layout of internal emailings, create and maintain templates, send emailings and maintain distribution lists in the platformProduce reports and dashboards, and analyse KPIs to assess content and platform performance.
QualificationsProficiency in EnglishDigital dexterityProficient with Microsoft Office Suite incl. CoPilotPublishing competencies on SharePoint or any CMSWriting skillsAbility to work in shifts (08:00-16:00, 12:00-20:00)
