This role is focused on creating high-impact, dynamic video content that connects with a large digital community across gaming, entertainment, and esports. You will be responsible for editing engaging narratives that span lifestyle content, announcements, vlogs, and competitive gaming moments, particularly within the Free Fire ecosystem. The position requires a strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, and platform-native editing to keep content fresh, relevant, and highly shareable. You will work closely with creative and content teams, contributing to brainstorming sessions and shaping the visual identity of a globally recognized digital brand. This is a fast-paced, trend-driven environment where creativity, agility, and cultural awareness are essential. Your work will directly influence audience engagement and brand presence across multiple platforms.

Accountabilities:

• Edit raw footage into engaging and dynamic video content, including vlogs, announcements, short-form content, and esports highlights.
• Ensure strong narrative flow, pacing, and visual quality aligned with platform and audience expectations.
• Create captions and video descriptions in Portuguese and/or English aligned with content strategy.
• Monitor video trends and digital culture to continuously innovate and improve content performance.
• Participate in creative planning sessions and brainstorming meetings to align on storytelling direction and campaign goals.
• Organize and manage video projects to ensure smooth collaboration and workflow distribution across the team.
• Deliver high-quality content within established deadlines and production schedules.
• Adapt editing styles for different platforms and audience segments to maximize engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of esports culture, especially Free Fire, is highly desirable.
• Intermediate English proficiency for content adaptation and communication.
• Strong sense of rhythm, timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Ability to adapt editing styles for multiple digital platforms and formats.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Nice to have: experience with DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator, as well as documentary-style editing.
