What you'll be doing
The Editor leads the overall editorial strategy and copy direction across all channels, defining a clear, premium point of view that drives brand positioning and commercial performance. Responsible for end-to-end execution, the role oversees storytelling across homepage, social, CRM, and paid channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact at scale. Working cross-functionally, The Editor delivers integrated, customer-focused copy that aligns with business priorities while responding to culturally relevant moments, maintaining a strong, distinctive and elevated brand voice.
Responsibilities
Define and develop end-to-end content strategy across all channels, establishing a cohesive, premium brand voice.
Lead editorial direction and storytelling from concept to execution, shaping a distinct point of view aligned with seasonal and cultural moments.
Set and drive copy strategy across editorial and private label, ensuring clear differentiation and consistency across touchpoints.
Own men’s content and homepage storytelling, delivering engaging experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
Lead UX/UI copy across levelshoes.com, creating a seamless, intuitive, and conversion-focused customer journey.
Oversee CRM and paid content, delivering performance-led messaging aligned with campaign objectives.
Evolve tone of voice across channels, including social-first and platform-specific expression, while maintaining a consistent premium identity.
Leverage data, SEO, A/B testing, and insights to optimise content performance and inform decisions.
Plan and deliver editorial calendars and key brand moments, ensuring timely, aligned execution.
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven experience leading omnichannel content strategies across men's and womenswear, spanning owned, paid, CRM, e-commerce, and social channels within a fast-paced environment.
Strong editorial instinct across men's and womenswear, with deep knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behaviour, and brand storytelling, balancing creative excellence with commercial impact.
Demonstrated experience developing and evolving tone of voice, including social-first and platform-specific language framework.
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management, with the ability to align creative, marketing, trading, product, and design teams.
Experience managing multiple campaigns, launches, and brand collaborations simultaneously with a high standard of execution.
Deep understanding of trends, cultural moments, and platform specific behaviours, with the ability to translate insights into elevated editorial direction.
Highly data-driven, with experience using analytics, SEO, A/B testing, and performance insights to optimise content and drive results
