Key responsibilities
Manage all phases of the EDRM lifecycle: collection, processing, review, analytics, and production
Serve as the primary client and attorney-facing contact for all eDiscovery matters
Scope, plan, and execute eDiscovery projects; develop timelines, budgets, and workflow documentation
Coordinate with outside vendors, collection specialists, and forensic consultants
Configure and manage review workflows in Relativity including Active Learning and analytics tools
Monitor project budgets, track costs, and provide regular status reporting to case teams
Identify and resolve processing, review, and production issues quickly and effectively
Provide training and guidance to attorneys and paralegals on eDiscovery platforms and processes
Stay current on FRCP amendments, case law, and industry best practices around ESI management
Requirements
5+ years of eDiscovery experience in a law firm, legal services company, or in-house legal department
Hands-on proficiency with Relativity; experience with Everlaw or Nuix a plus
Deep working knowledge of the EDRM, including data collection, Early Case Assessment, analytics, and production
Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously under tight deadlines
Strong project management skills: budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and reporting
Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical detail for attorney audiences and vice versa
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
Nice to have
RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) or CEDS certification
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Experience with litigation matters in energy, IP, or financial services sectors
