eDiscovery Project Manager

Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager with scope across all aspects of the EDRM, particularly analytics, data scoping, hosting services & evidence handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all eDisclosure related processes including; evidence handling, data processing, proactive review management, document production & quality control at each phase of the data management process.
• Scope / identify relevant data sources, co-ordinate with external vendors as required to facilitate data preservation
• Work closely with project managers for intake of tasks and oversight management of all deadlines to ensure completion.
• Support complex technical processing issues
• Continuous improvement programs focused on the quality and profitability
• Vendor management: software and cloud infrastructure, issue reporting, resolution and enhancements
• Evaluate technology and utility tools to increase productivity & quality, or to develop new workstreams

Experience

Educated to degree level with solid knowledge of practice support technology, EDRM, Legal-Tech and the global eDiscovery industry

• 3-5 years of experience managing eDiscovery processing services
• Exceptional stakeholder management
• Project and people management experience
• Excellent analytical, problem identification and resolution skills
