Job Description

Evolver Legal Services is seeking a highly skilled and strategic eDiscovery Project Manager to oversee our client delivery teams. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of eDiscovery services, ensuring the defensible collection, processing, hosting, and production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI).

As a key leader within ELS, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and client strategy, ensuring that all projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Data Analysts, overseeing daily workflows, quality control (QC) protocols, and professional development.
• Technical Oversight: Serve as the subject matter expert for the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle.
• Platform Management: Direct high-level administration and workflow optimization within Relativity, RelativityOne, and Infinnium's 4iG platform.
• Project Governance: Define and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data processing, complex filtering, and large-scale productions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Report directly to the Senior Director, Operations to align technical resources with ELS business objectives and client SLAs.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly regarding Information Governance and AI-driven data categorization to enhance the ELS service offering.
• Versatility: Perform all elements of identified eDiscovery PM role as appropriate to develop and continue client relationships in both commercial and federal venues.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 7+ years in eDiscovery/Litigation Support varying between commercial and federal support (required), with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• 2 years of experience in Relativity and RelativityOne throughout the entire EDRM lifecycle (RCA or specialized certifications preferred)
• 2 years of experience with Infinnium's 4iG for automatic redations, data mapping and Information Governance (similar experience with other automatic redaction tools is sufficient)

Preferred Qualifications
