Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an eDiscovery Specialist to supports the
delivery of eDiscovery Services to a number of high-profile clients and provide
project support to the inhouse legal team.
Responsibilities
· Deliver
clear communication to external clients and legal teams
· Provide
solutions advice at each stage of EDRM
· Recommend
workflows through client scoping exercises
· Manage
large scale eDiscovery projects and set up of complex review workflows
· Provide
technical support and training to clients
Experience
Educated to
degree level in Technology, Computer Forensics or similar with circa 3 years
progressive experience within a similar role;
· Strong
understanding / experience in litigation support and eDiscovery
· Database
design, management and data processing
· eDiscovery
platforms for review & production, ideally Axcelerate
· Analytical
and in-depth knowledge of EDRM and eDiscovery workflows, processes and best
practice
· Genuine
interest in innovation and new litigation technologies
