EDI Specialist
Nordic Semiconductor is looking for an EDI Specialistwho will be responsible for managing data exchange with vendors and analysis for the Supply Chain team.
Responsibilities:
EDI Transaction Management
Oversee EDI transactions with vendors and partners to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and on‑time delivery.
Analyze B2B integration issues and collaborate with vendors to drive resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to validate data and support daily operational needs.
EDI Specifications & Enhancements
Gather business requirements and define EDI specifications based on product and process needs.
Work with external vendors to negotiate EDI requirements and track implementation progress.
Design, execute, and validate testing scenarios for new integrations or enhancements.
Maintain clear documentation, including process descriptions and data flow diagrams.
Qualifications:
Project management and Interpersonal skills for vendor coordination and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange, especially in Enterprise Resource Planning systems and B2B for Supply Chain
Familiarity with data management tools and scripts (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline
English communication skills, verbal and written
