
Processes written requests, manages logs supporting written requests and provides telephone support for first level calls. Assists team members with work functions.
Location
This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday 8am-5pm onsite in Columbia, SC.
What You Will Do:
Provides telephone support and information via the info call tracking system, managing one or more customer service logs
Ensures timely and accurate completion of requests about electronic data interchange (EDI) products and services, utilizing a relational database for tracking purposes
Maintains expedient and accurate service levels in filling requests for EDI products and servicesSupports in set-up of electronic transactions, software, electronic remittances, and support of submitter testing certification
Oversees written and electronic requests relating to EDI
Prepares material for monthly audits and provides support in the audit process
Processes requests/responses received from other areas
To Qualify for This Position, You Will Need:
Required Education: Associate's in a job related field OR 2 years job related work experience
Required Skills and abilities: Good organizational, judgment, customer service, and both verbal and written communication skills. Good spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills. Basic math and computer skills. Basic understanding of data analysis concepts. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion. Microsoft Office
