YOUR ROLE

The primary purpose of the EDI Customer Business Solutions is to follow the pipe of EDI projects and ensure the methodology is well applied to deliver EDI Solutions on time and in quality. The position is responsible for coordinating with regions and support them when needed. He/She is acting as main customer point of contact when business escalations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Methodology and empowerment of CBS community:

  • Design the EDI project methodology (process, tools, governance), in collaboration with the IT Business Analyst team.
  • Build onboarding documents for CBS
  • Promote our interfacing capabilities to CBS and BD/Sales community

Delivery management:

  • Follow the pipe of projects (potential + ongoing)
  • Monitor that each project is correctly applying the defined methodology, identify any deviance.
  • Alert and manage escalation in case of risk (delay, quality, cost) for customer project.
  • Validate deliverables (requirements, specifications, solution design) for main / critical customers.
  • Configure Standard Report or create customer reports when required: Tracker for flow monitoring, KPI, KFI, KXI
  • Provide tools (Missing report) to the teams in charge of DQ- Data Quality for Internal control (Missing Report)
  • Complete the SOP part related to Business Solutions and handover to Operations (BPS, Customer service) when specificities impacting the work instructions.
  • Be the first point of contact when no CBS yet allocated to a customer.

Reporting:

  • Report CBS activity: project status, review pipe to GHO A&O and GHO IT
  • Define and implement KPIs
  • Alert and inform A&O Management on critical issues

Run & Support / Monitoring:

  • Coordinate actions between regions and with IT when major issues / escalations
  • Follow a top 5 customers to anticipate escalations on regular basis.
  • In collaboration with A&O IT Business Analyst, participate in the definition of a support process & tools for live EDI flows.
  • Define KPIs for EDI monitoring

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in business management, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Project management knowledge/certificate
  • Familiarity with freight forwarding operations, customs and documentation processes
  • Strong experience with supply chain software and tools, including TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, solutions designs and system mappings
  • Ability to quickly understand customer’s internal and external supply chain processes, policies & systems with ability to apply and further expand CEVA operating capabilities
  • Broad, enterprise-wide view of the business within depth understanding of business strategy, operating processes and capabilities, business process standardization, enabling technologies, and governance
  • MS Office Suites – Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English

Desirable

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree
  • Global supply chain management knowledge.
  • Experience in applying order, transportation and other logistics management systems to a variety of complex global supply chain operations
  • In depth supply chain with hands-on practical experience
