Job Description
The EDGE program's Integrated Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program (ISC LDP) track accelerates the professional growth of future people leaders. You will gain cross-functional experiences to enhance your professional growth while learning about the core of our Integrated Supply Chain organization through four different six-month rotations and one year-long capstone rotation.
Upon graduation, you will be promoted into a longer-term role that matches the your professional interests. Successful associates will graduate into an individual contributor, technically focused, or supervisor role depending on their performance throughout the program. You will report to the ISC Program Manager and work onsite at one of the locations listed below.
Location flexibility is a requirement of this position. Rotation assignments could include facilities in Wisconsin, Ohio or elsewhere in the US. To successfully graduate from the program, you must relocate to at least one new, US-based site during the course of the program. Site availabilities change depending on business need and remaining rotation requirements.
Relocation assistance is provided for each rotation. Due to the nature of the work, most roles are required to be in-person while some business-focused rotations may have the potential for a hybrid work arrangement with most of your working time occurring on-site at a Rockwell Automation facility. Fully remote positions are not available via this program.

This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.
For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $76,800.00 - $82,000.00 USD/annual with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
