职位描述
-负责公司芯片研发EDA工具链的整体部署、配置、升级与日常运维，包括Cadence、Synopsys、Siemens等主流厂商全系列EDA工具的安装、环境适配与版本管理 -负责EDA工具运行环境的兼容性管理，解决工具运行中的系统兼容性问题、依赖排查、权限配置与算力匹配等问题； -负责EDA工具License服务器（FlexNet/RLM等）的搭建、配置、日常监控与故障排查，管理License文件的更新与分发 -负责设计、部署并优化高性能计算（HPC）任务调度系统（如LSF、SGE、Slurm等），监控集群计算资源利用率，通过性能调优提升算力效率，合理分配计算资源、存储资源与网络带宽 -搭建和维护芯片研发全流程的数据管理系统，负责版本控制平台（如Git/SVN）的部署与故障排查 -研究并引入提升设计生产力的新工具与新方法，持续优化EDA研发环境
职位要求
-本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、微电子、自动化或相关理工科专业； -3年以上芯片研发环境的IT支持或CAD管理经验； -熟悉Linux（CentOS/Ubuntu）操作系统的安装、调优及故障排查； -熟悉主流EDA工具的安装机制及FlexNet License管理； -熟练掌握至少一种HPC任务调度系统（LSF/SGE/Slurm）的部署与深度优化； -具备脚本开发能力（Shell、Python或Perl），了解Git/SVN等版本控制系统 -具备优秀的问题诊断与解决能力，能够在高压环境下快速响应并解决研发环境突发问题
