Woodfords Family Services is hiring Educational Technicians I, II, & III at our Special Purpose Private School (SPPS) and Early Childhood Services (ECS) Programs in Manchester, ME!

These are full-time, center-based positions will begin at our Waterville, Maine school and transition mid-year to our newly constructed campus in Manchester, Maine—intentionally designed to foster therapeutic, collaborative programming for students across ages and developmental needs.

Woodfords’ ECS Preschool & Special Purpose Private School provides evidence-based programing for students with autism and related disabilities, grades pre-k through 5th. With oversight and instruction from the classroom Lead Teacher and clinical team, Ed Techs effectively implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) interventions, and include intensive clinical instruction to help young learners with autism and related disabilities reach their highest potential and function successfully in home, community, and school-based settings.

Opportunity Details

• Ed Tech I, II, & III openings – see qualifications below for more details
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday; 7:30am-3:30pm
• $20-22.50 per hour - commensurate with Ed Tech level eligibility

Qualifications

• Ed Tech I – High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ed Tech II – 60 college credits minimum
• Ed Tech III – 90 college credits minimum
• Education and/or experience in Special Education, Early Childhood, or a related field, preferred.

Woodfords Family Services is a nonprofit organization that's been committed to the support and inclusion of people with special needs and their families in Maine communities for over 55 years!
