As Team Lead of the Workplace Services, you will oversee a diverse and dynamic portfolio including Facilities Management & Housekeeping, Travel Management (Travel Agents, Airlines, Hotels), Staff Holiday Facility Management, Corporate Vehicle Management, and Carpark Administration (“Soft Services”) to OCBC Group Offices and Branches.

What You Do
Workplace Service Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement the soft services strategy aligned with organisational and CRE objectives.
- Establish service standards, governance frameworks, procedures and/or guidelines.
- Lead, coach and develop workplace services team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
Workplace & Employee Experience:
- Drive workplace experience initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being and productivity.
- Oversee integrated facilities management (IFM) operations for offices, corporate common spaces (CCS), branches and manage on-site IFM and F&B vendors.
- Promote sustainability/reduction of waste in the workplace environment.
- Partner with HR, ORM, IT and respective business stakeholders to deliver integrated workplace solutions.
Service Delivery & Operations:
- Manage day-to-day delivery of workplace services; including:
IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) Services:
- Cleaning & housekeeping
- Pantry and hospitality support
- Landscape & floral arrangements
- Pest control
- Waste management and recycling
-On-site F&B operations
Travel Management and Administration Services
- Management of appointed travel management companies
- Annual review of corporate hotel panel
- Manage relationship and incentives with airline carriers (e.g. SQ)
- Monitoring and submission of Scope 3 CO2 emissions for Corporate Air Travel
-Manage travel insurance matters
- Transport/Logistics Management
Corporate Vehicle Management
- Manage corporate vehicle purchase, road tax and insurance
- Manage corporate vehicle booking and utilisation
- Custody and Periodic Updates to the Group Corporate Vehicle Policy
Vendor & Contract Management:
- Oversee vendor onboarding, transition process and adherence to prescribed PDPA procedures for on-site external resources.
-Conduct regular vendor service reviews and vendor performance management
- Upkeep of all soft services contracts including renewal and new RFPs where appropriate
- Establish strong partnership with service providers to ensure quality, innovation and value for money.
- Drive continuous improvements and service transformation initiatives
Support all risk related governance activities required of the responsibilities above.
Promote sustainable behaviors in the workplace environment and provide sustainable reporting for relevant carbon emission scope (e.g. Office Paper, Corporate Vehicle Mileage, Corporate Air Travel Emissions)
Perform trend analysis to achieve higher productivity and better cost efficiency; recommend and implement industry best practices to improve workplace environment.
Serve as primary liaison with building management to oversee cleaning, tenant experience, sustainability and governance of building management SLA.
Who You Are
Degree in Facilities Management/Real Estate/Business Administration/Property Management and Operations
At least 15 years of experience in workplace services, facilities management, and corporate real estate
Experience in building and leading high performing workplace services teams
Strong vendor management, contract management and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven experience in managing regional, multi-site operations and large-scale facilities portfolios, including overseeing office spaces exceeding 1 million square feet with consistent, high-quality service delivery
Strong financial acumen and budget management capability
Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical/problem solving skills
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and change management skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels
Independent and can multi-task to meet multiple deadlines
Skilled in Microsoft office applications and Workplace Management Applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AutoCAD, Integrated Workplace Management Software).
