MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursingisrequired
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)ispreferred
  • Current Illinois RNlicense. A secondary Iowa RN license must be obtained within 12 months of the hiredate
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) isrequiredwithin three (3) months of hire
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) isrequiredwithin three (3) months of hire
  • Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter for both Child and Dependent Adult Abuse training isrequiredwithin six (6) months of hire
  • Specialty practice certification ispreferred
  • Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
  • Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health andMercyOne

Pay Range: $36.10 - $54.15 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
