Bajo supervisión general, esta posición promueve excelentes relaciones con el cliente en el lugar de trabajo. Puede coordinar las actividades de los operadores de servicio durante el armado y desarmado del equipo, así como durante la preparación del equipo para la ejecución del trabajo. Garantiza la satisfacción del cliente con el trabajo realizado. Recopila y distribuye datos relacionados con los trabajos según sea necesario. Es responsable de llevar a cabo operaciones de bombeo a presión—como el bombeo de ácido y otros fluidos—de manera segura y consistente, de acuerdo con los parámetros del diseño del trabajo y el plan establecido. También coordina la limpieza, reparación y preparación del equipo para el siguiente trabajo.
