The Role

Youll join a well-established early childhood centre delivering a high-quality, play-based learning program aligned with Australias Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Your role will be to create meaningful learning experiences, build strong relationships with children and whānau, and contribute to a collaborative and positive centre culture.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and assess engaging learning programs
• Work in partnership with families and the community
• Maintain documentation of childrens learning and development
• Ensure alignment with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Support a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children

Who Were Looking For

• Level 7 or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (NZ qualifications recognised in Australia*)
• Eligible for VIT registration (well support you through this process)
• Passionate about early learning and open to a new adventure
• Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood pedagogy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
