The Numbering Services intern will be responsible for:
· Supporting the team with the creation and maintenance of LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) codes required for listing and regulatory compliance.
· Assisting in the allocation and maintenance of ISIN, FISN, and CFI codes for Irish securities (equity, debt, and investment funds).
· Working with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely updates to security identifiers in line with market and regulatory requirements.
· Helping maintain records and documentation to support compliance with internal and external standards (SLA, KPI, KRI).
· Assisting in customer service tasks by responding to basic queries and escalating more complex issues to senior team members.
· Supporting ongoing projects and process improvements, learning how technology and systems are used to deliver services at scale.
· Contributing to promotional activities for LEI, ISIN, FISN, and CFI services under the guidance of the team.
· Gaining exposure to stakeholder management by observing how we engage with international bodies such as GLEIF (Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation) and ANNA (Association of National Numbering Agencies).
